I write in light of the escalation of drug violence in the city of Rosario, and also in the Buenos Aires suburbs, in the Federal Capital and in other places in our country, which add daily deaths among innocent people who live and work honestly to maintain your families.

And given the growth, also, of crime in general that devastates our society, with unusual cruelty on the part of criminals, it is time for the national government to

fiercely combat these murderers, through the legitimate use of force by part of the State

with the Federal Police, the provincial police, the National Gendarmerie, the Naval Prefecture, the Airport Police and, also, where necessary,

with the actions of the Armed Forces.

The Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich;

Defense Minister Luis Petri;

The governor of Santa Fe, Maximiliano Pullaro, and the mayor of Rosario, Pablo Javkin, offered a press conference on the situation of violence in Rosario, at the Government headquarters of the province of Santa Fe, in Rosario (Argentina).

Laws that penalize the actions of crime in a more profound way must be toughened.

Increasing the duration of sentences, including life sentences,

and ending all the privileges that criminals who are imprisoned have

, without their sentence being reduced for any reason.

The age of criminal liability should be lowered

to 14 years of age

, without further mitigating circumstances, since there are many criminals under the age of 18 who commit crimes without any conviction against them.

Relatives of victims of insecurity spread a poster in Rosario against drug trafficking violence.

Of course, all members of the security forces and the Armed Forces, both men and women, must be fully trained so that they can carry out their duties professionally.

They must be well equipped, earning good salaries for their role and dedication, and they must

also be protected judicially

so as not to have problems if they must use force to protect good citizens.

We must invest in public works in the sense of improving the prison structures we have, and build new prisons throughout the country, under the provincial and federal orbit, so that there is enough and necessary space to house

everyone. the criminals that are necessary.

It is also necessary that prison staff be well trained, earn a good salary and have the necessary protection from the Government so that they

do not fall into the temptation of bribery by drug and criminal leaders

, and they must also be protected. to their families so that they are not afraid of being threatened by them.

Members of the Argentine Army and Navy arrive in the city of Rosario to provide logistical support to the federal forces deployed since the beginning of the week in the government operation to combat "narcoterrorism" in Rosario.

And one last thing,

society must discuss the implementation of the death penalty

for those aberrant crimes, such as murder, femicide, and the terrible crimes that are committed against children, young people and the elderly in circumstances in which they do not There is a possible response from a conscious human being who can understand certain and terrible actions that some beings commit, to the detriment of society.

There is a judicial doctrine, called

“zaffaroniana”

, that tries to defend criminals with the excuse of the marginality and family violence in which they grew up.

That is partly true.

But the criminal responsibility of criminals, both drug traffickers and common criminals,

cannot go unpunished in the face of the terrible situation of insecurity

in which all good Argentines live, who only want to work towards a better and safer Argentina for all.

THE EDITOR'S COMMENT

By César Dossi

Fear hugs from behind

The Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, announced on Wednesday the new regulations for the use of weapons for federal forces, which

gives them more freedom to shoot in situations that they consider dangerous

.

The decision was made after the drug gangs of Rosario murdered innocent people to spread panic, and that happens due to the Nayib Bukele-style searches, the president of El Salvador, in the Piñero prison.

The photo of those prisoners,

sitting on the floor, handcuffed and bent over

, did not sit well with those who run the drug business in Santa Fe.

That is why Gustavo Villatoro, Minister of Security of that country, alerted Bullrich when he wanted to copy the model:

“The photo is a very serious error, they are wrong;

"You can only do it when

the gangs are already neutralized and you have total control of the street

.

"

That turning point was the trigger.

In retaliation, the victims of the drug crime in Rosario were four: the taxi drivers Diego Alejandro Celentano (32), Héctor Raúl Figueroa (42), and the trolleybus driver Marcos Iván Daloia (38).

The last one was the beach player Bruno Bussanich (25).

He was killed by another hitman who

was victimized by Senator K, Marcelo Lewandowski,

when he shamelessly said:

“He is a little boy who walked in slippers

. ”

And the attack on the press on TN drivers and drivers:

“They are going to end up like Cabezas.”

Those are the codes, they are not new,

they are written in blood

in the manual of the Mexican and Colombian drug cartels.

In Argentina it is a copy-paste of that crime department.

Rosario residents also suffer from it when they are consulted by the media about insecurity:

they are devoured by silence because fear embraces them from behind.

While the implementation of the new Criminal Procedure Code was postponed until May 6,

the threat is inflexible

.

Empty streets, closed schools, silence echoes in the cradle of the Argentine Flag.

The chill devastates, and he walks around Rosario unpunished.
