Two serious accidents occurred on Sunday in the Starnberg district.
In the first, a car fell seven meters.
Possenhofen/Petersbrunn - The fire brigade had a lot to do on Sunday.
Two spectacular accidents occurred around Starnberg, within two hours.
The first at around 11:15 a.m.: According to information from the district fire inspection, an Audi driver was traveling from Starnberg towards Possenhofen.
For reasons that are still unclear (according to the police), the car shot through the barrier at the entrance to Possenhofen, fell about seven meters and landed in a meadow.
The road was closed for hours.
The recovery of the vehicle was still ongoing as of 3 p.m.
The driver involved in the accident was flown to a clinic by rescue helicopter.
Nothing is yet known about his injuries.
This Audi rolled over several times near Petersbrunn.

The second accident occurred around 1 p.m. near Petersbrunn.
According to the fire department, a car flew over the guardrail in the curve area and rolled over several times.
In contrast to the accident in Possenhofen, the driver was able to free himself from the car.
In the first accident, the emergency services had to remove the driver's door.
The police have announced a press release about both accidents.
