But why does he always wear sunglasses?
The Geissens are a terribly glamorous family - with a terribly glamorous style.
It's not for nothing that Robert Geiss became a millionaire with his label “Uncle Sam” in the 90s.
And even today his sense of fashion is unique: in addition to rhinestones and decorative skulls, one thing in particular is always a must in his outfits: black sunglasses with blue lenses.

The reason behind Robert Geiss sunglasses has nothing to do with the sun
In the Geissens' jet-set life there is mostly sunshine - in Monaco at the harbor or in St. Tropez on the beach, for example - but surprisingly that is not the cause of Robert's penchant for sunglasses.
In an interview with
Promiflash
he reveals that there is a completely different reason behind it.
“Now that I’m older, I always wear sunglasses so that people can’t see where I’m looking.
“Then you can at least take a look,” explains Robert Geiss in his typically dry manner. What about sunglasses to look after other women?

Apparently not so good, because in the same interview the two accuse each other of being very jealous!
