In advance of a day of protests at the entrances to the City,
a blockade was carried out on Costanera Avenue
early this Monday in front of
Aeroparque
, to demand the dismissal of 40 workers.
These are personnel who performed tasks in the GPS company, an outsourced company of Aerolíneas Argentinas.
The protesters demand the reinstatement of all those laid off and denounce the "emptying" and attempted "privatization" of the flag airline.
The measure comes in advance of a national day called "national picketing", called by social organizations and left-wing picketing groups against the government of Javier Milei.
"We are going to defend Airlines, it is our flag line. We are part of many workers, we were essential personnel during the pandemic, we brought the repatriates and the vaccines. They applauded us in the pandemic and now they pay us with massive layoffs," he said one of the protesters in dialogue with radio Miter.
