“I don’t understand why no one told us he was dangerous.
»At the bar of the Hauts-de-Seine Assize Court, the widow of Jean-Pierre M. finishes her testimony in tears.
This little woman with curly blonde hair has just recounted this “disastrous” September 15, 2021, the day when Bernard S. shot her husband, 55, in the back because he found him too noisy, in their co-ownership on Boulevard Colbert in Antony.
Bernard S. is this 74-year-old old man, on trial since Friday for this crime as absurd as it is appalling.
This Wednesday in September, when she approaches Boulevard Colbert to join her husband, there are “police roadblocks, people gathered together,” she says in a soft voice.
“I waited a very long time, my husband didn't answer the phone.
Then, I knocked on the window of a police car saying that I was going to meet my husband at 36, boulevard Colbert.
The police asked me my identity, someone grabbed my arm and said to me:
Your husband has been killed
.
I collapsed to the ground.
