The railway crossing between Ruderatshofen and its Apfeltrang district will close on Friday, March 22nd at 7:30 a.m., the Ostallgäu district office has just announced.

This is also the end of the direct connection between the two districts.

Residents of Hiemenhofen and the residential road “Am Bahnhof” will be redirected via Apfeltrang to the new bypass until this construction work is completed.

In its press release, the Ostallgäu district asks all local road users and residents to understand that there will be disruptions during the construction work.

Adjustments to the closure period due to weather cannot currently be ruled out.
