Wencke Myhre became famous with German hits - but the Norwegian-born singer sometimes didn't understand her own lyrics.

Oslo – Quite a few stars in the German pop music sky do not sing in their native language.

“A song like 'Hey, hey, hey, do you already know my Peter', of course I already understood that,” she says.

Not only successful professionally: Wencke Myhre has found true love

Although she did not speak the language directly, Wencke Myhre has been successful in Germany for many years and is also an integral part of major hit shows.

The artist was also on stage at “The Big Hit Surprise for Florian Silbereisen!”

In addition to her professional success, the Norwegian has also found great happiness in her private life.

Although she is not married to Swedish actor and conductor Anders Eljas (71), the two are inseparable.
