On Sunday (March 17th) an 18-year-old was shot in the leg in Bad Wilhelmshöhe.
The Kassel criminal police are looking for witnesses to the dangerous bodily harm.
Kassel - An 18-year-old man from Kassel was injured on Willy-Brandt-Platz at Wilhelmshöhe train station on Sunday evening, presumably with a shot from an air gun.
The police are now looking for witnesses to this dangerous physical injury.
According to police spokeswoman Ulrike Schaake, the 18-year-old was standing at a bus stop on platform B in the station forecourt around 9:05 p.m. when he suddenly felt a severe pain in his calf and then discovered a small bleeding wound at that point.
A passerby then offered to help the victim and called the railway security service, who in turn alerted the emergency services and the police.

Rescue workers took the young man to a hospital, where a medical examination revealed a projectile in his calf, which had to be surgically removed.
Fortunately, the injury the young man suffered was not serious.
