Jérôme Banctel, the Breton exiled in Paris
Jérôme Banctel, who will be 53 in December, is a Breton who was not predestined to become a chef, except perhaps that he is from the same village as Alain Passard.
“With my parents, we never went to a restaurant, we wonder how I got into this, except thanks to my grandmother,” he
