“Honestly, I'm not sure that all the municipalities have obtained something as satisfactory as we have…” Yves Révillon, the LR mayor of Bois-Colombes is clearly relieved.
The municipal council ratified the agreement concluded between the city and the Société des Grands Projets.
The SGP is piloting the construction of Grand Paris Express stations.
However, Bois-Colombes must accommodate two stations on line 15 west, that of Bécon, this district on the Courbevoie side but bordering Bois-Colombes and Asnières and the other in the city center.
For several years, numerous questions, increasingly thorny over time, have agitated the sector.
How to build a station in the middle of a network of small streets, what equipment will be destroyed, what future will the market which is in the middle of the perimeter have?
And the shops on rue Mertens?
And what about the thousands of trucks needed for such an operation?
“After around a hundred meetings, including very technical meetings, we reached an agreement with the SGP,” says Yves Révillon.
