On Saturday evening, Florian Silbereisen celebrated his anniversary on the ARD show “The Big Hit Surprise”, while Elton presented the finale of “Schlag den Besten” on RTL.
But who will win the ratings?
Leipzig / Cologne - There was a very special event for Schlager fans to see on Saturday evening (March 16th) on ARD: The entertainer's 20th anniversary was celebrated in “The Big Schlager Surprise for Florian Silbereisen”.
On RTL, however, Elton (52) presented the grand finale of “Schlag den Besten”.
But who reached more viewers?

There were great emotions on ARD.
When very special guests took the stage at “The Great Schlager Surprise”, all the dams broke for Florian Silbereisen.
In the final of “Schlag den Besten”, however, ex-handball player Mimi Kraus (40) and ex-weightlifter Matthias Steiner (41) fought for the jackpot.
Ultimately, Mimi took home 180,000 euros – but who won the ratings?
As can be seen from the

figures center, “The Big Hit Surprise with Florian Silbereisen” received far better ratings from the overall audience.
4.05 million viewers (17.7 percent) tuned in.
The “Beat the Best” final, however, was only seen by 1.99 million viewers (9.7 percent).
This means that Elton and his show are left behind.
But things looked better for the younger audience.
Among 14 to 49 year olds, “Schlag den Besten” was ahead with 0.54 million viewers and a rating of 12.6 percent.
Here Florian Silbereisen's “Schlagersurprise” only had 0.49 million viewers (10.6 percent).
Primetime victory: ZDF crime thriller beats “The big hit surprise for Florian Silbereisen”
Despite Florian Silbereisen, ARD was unable to achieve the primetime victory.
“The Big Hit Surprise” was overtaken by “A Strong Team”.
ZDF repeated the episode “And forgive them their sins” and won the day with 7.03 million viewers and a rating of 27.6 percent.

At “The Big Hit Surprise for Florian Silbereisen” the guests were at least able to present themselves to a wide audience.
Anna Ermakova (23) also took advantage of this opportunity - but her duet with Florian Silbereisen was torn apart by the pop fans.
