Two 12-year-old girls were hit seriously in the Arezzo area by a car driven by a 60-year-old who immediately stopped to help them.
The injured are admitted to the Meyer hospital in Florence where they arrived in emergency code red.
The accident occurred in the municipality of Marciano della Chiana (Arezzo).
