Valentin Lusin has to miss “Let’s Dance” on March 22, 2024 – but for a good reason: He and his wife Renata have become parents.
But the birth was not easy.
Düsseldorf - Renata (36) and Valentin (37) Lusin have been an integral part of the RTL program "Let's Dance" for years - but this year only Valentin can take part in the dance show.
Renata is taking a break due to her pregnancy.
In the middle of the current season, the dancers can only announce good news: their baby is here.
But before they could really be happy, the couple had to put some difficult hours behind them.
Two days of birth: “Let's Dance” star Renata gave birth to her daughter
Renata and Valentin announce the birth of their daughter Stella via the official Instagram page of “Let’s Dance”.
The little one was born on March 21, 2024 weighing 3,900 grams and 56 cm.
“And most importantly,” the post says: “Mother and child are doing well!” There is also a photo of the dance professionals and their offspring together.
Tired but happy, the new parents beam into the camera while their little one cuddles in Valentin's arm.

It took two days.
Renata is already giving first insights into the “hardest two days” of her life
to

“We had a really great team and Valentin helped me really well.
In the end you quickly forget all the pain, but this birth was more strenuous than any 'Let's Dance' season or any World Championships!” she describes.
It wasn't easy for her partner either.
“After THAT night I know what a difficult birth means!
“Now I have even more respect for Renata and all the other women who got through THAT,” he says.
Joy predominates: Valentin Lusin raves about his family
But now everyone is doing well and the parents are enjoying the first moments with their daughter.
“Our beautiful Stella, our little big star!
We are simply overjoyed.
There are no words to describe the happiness that she is finally with us,” Valentin enthuses.
