In mid-May, many Germans are looking forward to the long Pentecost weekend.
But what will the weather be like on the three days off?
Is there anything you can do outside?
Read the forecast here:
Many people in Germany have time off on the month of Pentecost - it is considered a legal day nationwide.
This year it falls on May 20th.
Combined with the weekend before, that makes three days off to do something fun.
Maybe there's even a short vacation with friends or family.
But what will the weather be like?
echo24.de
reveals whether there should be sun on Pentecost according to the forecast of the 100-year calendar.
The probability that the frosty days until winter will be behind us at Pentecost is relatively high.
After all, the five ice saints, who are notorious for bringing shivering cold across the country again, before everything can really blossom, are already over.
The days in the first half of May are particularly unpopular with gardeners because temperatures around freezing point damage plants and flowers.
