Over 600 students took part in the district's training tour.
The students were able to lend a hand in numerous companies in the region.

- On the largest training tour in Bavaria, 620 students in the district gained exciting insights into 82 different training careers and dual study opportunities.
76 companies in the region showed the participants the various activities in their company and let the students lend a hand.
Students get to know companies up close
Organized by Regional Development Oberland (REO), the training tour took place for the ninth time under the patronage of District Administrator Olaf von Löwis.
The young people got to know the variety of companies in the areas of crafts, technology, health, gastronomy and hotels, offices and retail, as well as social work.
For example, the students were able to mix cocktails, pour concrete and experience police work live.

The students went on 44 tours with over 60 supervisors in groups of up to 15 participants by train and bus.
Johann Holzinger, regional manager for education and project manager of the training tour at REO, was pleased to bring so many students and companies together again: “It is a special opportunity for our local companies to introduce themselves and present themselves personally to potential applicants.”
