Barbara Schöneberger recently turned 50 – reason enough for the entertainer to do something about her own “decline”.

Berlin – There is great debate about when one is considered old.

Ultimately, it's also a matter of attitude, as shown in the latest episode of Barbara Schöneberger's (50) “With the Waffles of a Woman” podcast.

In it she reflects on aging with none other than ex-model Natascha Ochsenknecht.

Barbara Schöneberger on aging: “We have to work against decline”

Because Barbara Schöneberger turned 50 a few weeks ago - of course her moderator colleague Thomas Gottschalk (73) also congratulated her.

But the topic seems to be bothering the otherwise self-confident celebrator: she has been feeling “not youthful anymore” for a long time, the TV celebrity openly said.

Her guest sees it decidedly differently: “I don’t feel like I’m 60,” explains Natascha Ochsenknecht, who will be celebrating her big birthday on August 17th.

She considers herself “ageless”.

A feeling that the person she was talking to doesn't know: "My husband and I were standing in the bathroom this morning and I already said: You have to work very hard against the decay - more than ten years ago," Barbara Schöneberger reports openly.

“But in a good way,” adds the 50-year-old, after all “that’s what we want.”

Natascha Ochsenknecht agrees that things are “going downhill” at her age anyway.

Even cosmetic surgery couldn't change that.

Over 50 women “invisible” to men?

Natascha Ochsenknecht contradicts Barbara Schöneberger

Women over 50 would “become invisible to men,” claims Barbara Schöneberger – a statement that her guest strongly contradicts: “I have never experienced that before,” complains Natascha Ochsenknecht.

Her counterpart finally explains: “I think that – to put it cautiously – it’s getting a little less.” The ex of cult actor Uwe Ochsenknecht (68) is unfamiliar with this problem: her admirers are “getting younger and younger,” she reports.
