Rarely has the rental market been so tight.
A situation which can be explained, in part, by a domino effect.
With bank loan conditions much stricter than before, first-time buyers can no longer buy.
In fact, they no longer leave their homes.
Add to this phenomenon that of seasonal rentals which bring in much more money to their owners than traditional leases, and you obtain a completely dry market.
According to a study by the Orpi network, carried out last February with 678 clients, 42% of respondents have been looking for rental accommodation for more than a year and more than 30% have abandoned their search.
