Is it the return of good times for Ile-de-France real estate?
The question has been asked since the end of 2023. In the agencies, the phones are ringing again and visits finally lead to sales... after negotiations.
If the Neuilly-sur-Seine market is – finally – recovering, “ordinary” apartments or those with slight defects are systematically sold with discounts of up to 10% of the sale price.
A readjustment which explains that according to data from MeilleursAgents, the drop in property prices in the commune of Hauts-de-Seine is estimated at 6.2% over one year.
An average which hides strong disparities.
