Within eighteen months, the La Plaine Haute residence in Crosne (Essonne) is supposed to move from class E to C in energy performance diagnosis.
This is the objective of the renovation work launched in this 240-unit condominium.
This Friday, March 22, François Durovray, the president (LR) of the departmental council visited the site to see the progress of this project estimated at 7 million euros, including 2.7 million in public aid under the ecological transition.
The elected official, accompanied by Michaël Damiati, the mayor (without label) of Crosne and Olivier Clodong, departmental councilor (DVD), took the opportunity to take stock of the eco-housing bonus, a system launched in Essonne ago five years.
In 2019, Essonne was the first department to offer assistance – which can be combined with MaPrimeRénov', financed by the State – for owners wanting to begin the ecological transition of their homes.
With 200,000 owners of private or collective housing at the head of energy-intensive assets in their sights.
