was discovered early Friday evening on a beach in Bastia (Haute-Corse), we learned from the Bastia prosecutor who opened an investigation for
“intentional homicide”

“At this stage, the causes of death are still undetermined and are awaiting on-site and medico-legal findings
,” Bastia public prosecutor Jean-Philippe Navarre told AFP. the investigation at the Interdepartmental Directorate of the National Police (DIPN) of Haute-Corse.
This macabre discovery took place
“in the early evening”
on Arinella beach, the largest beach in Bastia, the prosecutor said.
