Further in the ranking are Allée Frédéric-Mistral (5,755 euros), Rue Ninau (5,714 euros), Rue Croix-Baragnon (5,625 euros) and Rue des Tourneurs (5,596 euros/m2).
Arteries of old Toulouse and close to public transport, very popular with real estate agents and buyers.
“These are historic districts which have always displayed this price range, even if everything depends on the surface area and the equipment, such as a terrace,” reacts Ophélie Bonillo, manager of the OBM Immobilier agency in Toulouse.
It is an area with many pedestrian streets, well served by public transport where there are few properties for sale.
With the construction of the third metro line in Toulouse and the François-Verdier metro station which will allow connection with line B, the district should further increase its attractiveness.
Rue Sainte-Anne could see its prices rise further with the construction of a high-end residence, facing the entrance to the prefecture, by the developer Saint-Agne Immobilier who is putting these apartments on sale at 11,000 euros per m2 !
