Depressed people are often initially unaware that they suffer from the mental disorder.
This is due to early, uncharacteristic symptoms.

the probability of suffering from severe depression requiring treatment at least once in the course of your life is 16 to 20 percent.

At the beginning of a depressive phase, uncharacteristic symptoms appear that depressed people are usually unable to categorize at the beginning.

neurologists and psychiatrists on the Internet,
at the beginning of depression, those affected are often not aware that they are suffering from the mental illness.
This is usually because depression initially presents with symptoms that are not unique to this condition.
The following symptoms can be an indication at the beginning of a depressive phase:
fatigue
Difficulty concentrating
Bad mood
