The ambassador's visit is part of the “Adopt a Diplomat” educational program.
Its objective is to encourage cultural exchanges and Franco-American dialogue on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Landings.
This is a new link with the United States for Saint-Ouen, a little less than two weeks after signing a partnership with the city of Los Angeles.
