Santanchè announces that

The prosecutors Marina Gravina, Luigi Luzi and the deputy Laura Pedio, who delegated the investigations to the Economic and Financial Police Unit of the Guardia di Finanza and also based themselves on the outcome of an inspection by the Social Security Institute, came to conclude that, from May 2020 to February 2022, the then senator of Fdi, in competition with her boyfriend and Concordia, would have unduly benefited from the zero-hour redundancy fund, a measure dictated by the Covid emergency.
It had been requested for 7 employees on a total of 20,117 hours and for an amount of 126,468 euros
.
According to the accusation, the amount was unduly received because the employees continued to work.
The case for aggravated fraud arose following the complaint by Federica Bottiglione, former Investor Relations manager of the company who also turned to the labor judges of Rome.
The manager, according to her and as can be seen from the judicial documents also filed in the civil case brought by the small shareholders which led to the administration of Editore,
was "unknowingly (...) placed in a very serious situation"
for having found herself "exposed " to a series of irregularities.
Unbeknownst to her, she had been granted extraordinary pay by the company, despite her having continued to work until December 2021.
According to her version, she had noticed the benefit provided during the pandemic with the arrival of the pay slips for the first half of 2020. As the Fiamme Gialle noted in an information sheet, their opinion can be deduced from the conversations between Kunz and Concordia " awareness" of the "illicit" scheme adopted.
Awareness, now extended by the public prosecutors also to the parliamentarian, of a mechanism with at its center "bank transfers (...) with reasons relating to the reimbursement of expenses never incurred (...), aimed at compensating the net monthly salary that the company had undertaken to provide, compared to the perception of the zero-hour redundancy fund".
