The two victims were leaving the Rungis nightclub (Val-de-Marne) on August 27 when they were taken by car in Esson.

They had come to party in the biggest nightclub in Île-de-France.

But for these two young adults, last summer, the evening at the Metropolis in Rungis (Val-de-Marne) ended badly.

The two partygoers were kidnapped, threatened and robbed by three young people aged 19, 20 and 21.

The three, including two brothers, all already known to the courts, one for similar cases, admitted the facts.

They were sentenced this Friday evening by the Évry-Courcouronnes criminal court to sentences ranging from 8 to 15 months in prison, including 4 months suspended.

They will have to pay 9,500 euros to the victims for material and moral damage and legal fees.

In the early morning of August 27, the two victims left the club.

Short of money, they cannot afford to call a taxi to return to their hotel in Chilly-Mazarin (Essonne).

In the parking lot, they start looking for good souls to bring them back when they come across three young people in a Toyota Yaris.

The driver takes charge of them and heads towards Essonne, but goes beyond the Chilly exit.

The 1.97 m tall man and his brother, barely shorter, demand their victims' phones.

More than 4,000 euros in damage

The car makes a stop at Savigny-sur-Orge.

The driver, who does not have a license, goes to the banking application of one of the victims, demands his codes and makes a transfer of 500 euros.

“I raised my voice,” he euphemizes.

“They threatened to beat them and end up in a cellar,” explains the lawyer for the civil parties.

But the ordeal of the two young people does not end there.

The car leaves towards the Chilly hotel.

The criminals demand the room number and code of their unfortunate passengers.

The third of the team, who until then had not said a word, went to the room and robbed it: clothes, perfume, laptop, headphones... The damage was estimated at more than 4,000 euros.

“It’s real looting,” exclaims their lawyer.

And it's not over.

The Toyota leaves, heading towards an ATM where they will draw another 80 euros from the card of one of the victims, which they finally release in the parking lot of the Mc Donalds in Chilly.

At the hearing, the three defendants apologized.

But only one of them recognized that they were not in the Metropolis parking lot by chance, but to attack revelers leaving the nightclub drunk.
