Go on tour again at 85?

No problem for Peter Kraus.

Because thanks to his personal “fountain of youth” doping, the pop star feels “at least 25 years younger”.

St. Pölten/Austria – Peter Kraus celebrated his 85th birthday a few days ago.

An age when most people have long since retired and are now taking it easy.

But the pop star isn't thinking about that for a long time - quite the opposite.

Peter Kraus is going on tour again in the fall.

Peter Kraus has now revealed how he can manage this at his age.

On tour in Germany again at the age of 85: pop star Peter Kraus stays fit with strange blood doping

At the age of 85, Peter Kraus is still bursting with energy and a love of life.

How does he do that?

“I live sensibly, eat healthily and have a harmonious marriage,” he reveals to the

.

But the pop singer has another little vital secret.

Kraus is firmly convinced that he owes his good health to high-dose ozone therapy, as he now confides in

.

Once a month, Peter Kraus goes to his doctor's office to be detoxified and his blood enriched with the gas ozone.

The pop singer calls it his “fountain of youth doping”.

He is convinced that his treatment means he is still able to perform as well as he does.

“The ozone also keeps my vocal cords elastic.

That’s why I sound like I used to when I sing,” says Peter Kraus.

After the one-hour treatment, Peter Kraus has three liters of ozone in his blood.

The “Fountain of Youth Doping” costs 200 euros per session.

How does high-dose ozone therapy work?

“The machine presses 300 milliliters of ozone into the bottle.

The ozone binds to the blood through automatic shaking.

The machine then switches over and the ozone-enriched blood is pumped back into the body.

The whole thing happens ten times in a row,” explains Dr.

The ozone gives the command to the stem cells to swarm out and repair anything in the body that is wrong.

“At the same time, the mitochondria (energy suppliers in cells, editor) are given the command to provide maximum performance,” the doctor continued.

And how does Peter Kraus feel after the meeting?

“Magnificent and at least 25 years younger.

Another effect is that my skin improves,” says the pop singer enthusiastically.

But this method is considered quite controversial among doctors.

Prof. Bernd Kleine-Gunk, President of the German Society for Prevention and Anti-Aging Medicine, explains to

Bild

that this is an older method that is rarely used anymore.
