Former child star Cornelia Froboess also celebrated pop star Peter Kraus's 85th birthday - she was seen with Kraus in "Conny and Peter Make Music" in 1960.
Munich – As “Little Cornelia” or “Conny”, Cornelia Froboess was one of the first child stars in the then young Federal Republic of Germany from the early 1950s.
Her hit “Pack the swimming trunks” (1951) will never be forgotten.
But she also made a name for herself as a young woman - including alongside pop star Peter Kraus (85).

She appeared with him in front of the camera in 1960 for the hit film “Conny and Peter Make Music”.
The comedy, in which Cornelia Froboess and Peter Kraus played the leading roles, became the most successful film of the year.
At the same time, the production paved the way for the now almost adult child star to have a career in which the now 80-year-old was granted great success in film, television and theater.
The relationship with her ex-film partner Peter Kraus is still good today: When the “German Elvis” celebrated his birthday concert in the Munich Isarphilharmonie on March 18th, Cornelia Froboess naturally came to congratulate the man on his 85th anniversary.
“He's so present that it's ideal in and of itself,” she enthused about the rock 'n' roll favorite in an interview with “Brisant” (ARD).
Her companion still makes people “go wild”.
From child star to cult actress: Cornelia Froboess has changed
Over the course of her film and stage career, which has spanned over 70 years, Cornelia Froboess has of course changed - the “little Conny” actress, who has won multiple awards (including the German Acting Prize for her life's work), has long been no longer.
At Peter Kraus' concert, Froboess appeared with a medium-length bob cut and simple evening wear.
Of course, child stars also get older, but the 80-year-old still looked cheerful at the event - and also had to give autographs.

Things had recently become very quiet around the “Two Little Italians” singer.
She has largely withdrawn from show business.
Her last major appearance was in the fifth part of the “Ostwind” film series, which was released in cinemas at the end of July 2021.
Her former colleague, on the other hand, is still looking for the public - and is helping: Because Peter Kraus apparently relies on blood doping.
