Söder's cabinet's gender ban has probably not yet trickled down to all CSU associations.
A constituency has now embarrassed itself with a gendered job advertisement.
Munich – The Bavarian state government’s gender ban, which has now been passed, has caused a stir.
It is all the more embarrassing that the CSU itself apparently does not adhere to it.
At least one constituency apparently only found out about the announcement later.

The Schweinfurt-Kitzingen federal constituency was still looking for an “assistant” on an online job portal one day after the cabinet decision was announced.
The ad has now been taken down from the internet.

Gender ban in Bavaria is not the first and not the toughest
Bavaria is not the first federal state to ban gender.
Also in Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein and Saxony.
The three of them go even further.
There, the use of so-called gender language in school work is also viewed as a mistake that can result in points being deducted.
However, that is not the case in Bavaria.
Such a wording should only be highlighted there, but not sanctioned.
