Shot for trying to break up a fight?
This is one of the leads put forward after the discovery of a man with a gunshot wound, Saturday March 23, in Montgeron.
An investigation has been opened.
It was a person from the neighborhood who raised the alarm.
From her home on rue de la Glacière, she contacted the police, claiming to have heard at least one explosion on the public highway.
The police intervene immediately.
A young man lies on the asphalt, his leg bleeding.
Wounded in the thigh
Surrounded by friends, the victim has just received a gunshot to the thigh.
She is seriously injured but her life is not in danger.
Before his evacuation by the firefighters to the Henri-Mondor hospital in Créteil (Val-de-Marne), the young man told the police his version of the facts…
He was on rue de la Glacière when a fight broke out between several people.
He says he wanted to separate the protagonists.
It was there that he was shot, according to his testimony.
A story which will have to be confirmed by the investigations which are only just starting.
An investigation into “attempted murder” was opened and entrusted to SIPJ 91 (Departmental Judicial Police Service).

The victim, aged 22, is said to be from the Croix-Blanche district in Vigneux-sur-Seine.
A city well known to services for harboring persistent drug trafficking.
But it is impossible, at this stage, to link this attempted homicide to it.
In recent years, several shootings have marked the town of Montgeron.
Residents of the Oly district remember the evening of July 13, 2018, when a man shot a group of young people who he blamed for the nighttime noise.
There had been a death.
More recently, in the summer of 2022, a 17-year-old minor was discovered with gunshot wounds in a building lobby, still at Oly.
