2024-03-24T10:24:44.397Z

Highlights: Amorgos is a mountain that rises into the sea, which merges with the sky on the horizon. Luc Besson chose this island for the filming of The Big Blue. Our good addresses include Emprostiada, Askas Pension and Kykladonisia. The largest hotel in Amorgos enjoys panoramic views of Aegiali Bay. The best value for money on the island is the Askas guesthouse in Ormo Egialis, which is open all year round.

Stone Pyrgo

The delicious and authentic tavern of the Roussos family, open all year round in Arkesini.

Its name means "to the tower", because the tavern is located at the entrance to the rural archaeological site of the Agia Triada tower which is the best preserved on the island.
