The meeting point of the main mobilization will be the former ESMA building, on

Avenida del Libertador at 8100, starting at 10

This was reported by the Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo Association, Mothers of Plaza de Mayo Founding Line, Relatives of the Disappeared and Detained for Political Reasons, the HIJOS association and the Center for Legal and Social Studies (CELS) when requesting permission from the authorities of the City government.

It is scheduled that at 11 they will begin to move to the Plaza de Mayo, with a pre-arranged route in which

momentary street closures will be made "for short periods of time,"

indicated the Buenos Aires authorities.

The affected avenues will be

Libertador, Intendente Bullrich and Santa Fe.

"On the corners there will be the presence of different agents of the City Government in order to order circulation and ensure that both the right to demonstrate and the right to circulate are respected," they explained in the City.

And they added: "We hope to have the collaboration of citizens, as has been the case in all the demonstrations we have had so far this year, so that both rights can coexist peacefully."

The planned scheme assumes that the protesters will mobilize between 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

The deconcentration of Plaza de Mayo, in the afternoon, will be done through Diagonal Norte and Diagonal Sur.

At 11 a.m., protesters will begin marching from the former ESMA along

Libertador Avenue

.

Thus, traffic on that street, heading south, will be interrupted

between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Then it will be time for

Intendente Bullrich Avenue,

which will have traffic interrupted, heading south,

between 12 and 2 p.m.

Through that artery they will reach

Santa Fe Avenue

, along which they will march towards Plaza de Mayo.

These lanes will be interrupted for traffic, also heading south,

between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The central event of Remembrance Day will be held in Plaza de Mayo, with the reading of a document at 2 p.m., indicated the organizers of the mobilization.

Mothers of Plaza de Mayo Association

called for a rally at the Casa de las Madres, on Hipólito Yrigoyen Avenue 1,548, where a "political event" was announced at 1 p.m. with the presence of Andrés Larroque, Minister of Development of the Community of the province of Buenos Aires, and Mario Secco, mayor of Ensenada.

Meanwhile, the

left

will have its own mobilization to Plaza de Mayo.

The call from the organization Encuentro Memoria, Verdad y Justicia and left-wing groups is for 2 p.m. on

9 de Julio Avenue and Mayo Avenue.
