Slowly, B4 is losing his mind and becoming empty from the inside.
It is currently one of the most visible interventions of the urban renovation operation which entered its concrete phase last year in the Franc-Moisin district in Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis).
B4 is the name of the building of 291 social housing units from landlord Logirep, the last three levels of which are being trimmed.
Before disappearing from the city's landscape, the 13-story ghost building still dominates the Descartes school - also slated for destruction in mid-2026 - where a new public information meeting took place this Saturday, March 23, described as " waypoint ".
