A strong testimony from Vahina Giocante this Sunday March 24 in “Sept à quatre” on TF1.

The actress recounts with courage and determination the incest she suffered as a child in her book

À corps Ouvert

, published by Robert Laffont.

She intends to demonstrate that the mechanisms of domination are similar in

“the somewhat incestuous cinema family”

over young actresses.

“I’m probably 4 or 5 years old.

I'm in my bath, my father too.

There are caresses

,” begins Vahina Giocante.

His mother is absent, his parents have been separated for several years.

“The space was very conducive.

There was some touching.

There were never moments of violence, a kind of hug that turns upside down.

Thank God, it didn’t go as far as penetration, that’s what saved me,”

she continues before evoking fellatio and emotional blackmail to force the child she was not to do not talk.

“We go beyond the limit of a father's tenderness and we move on to the desire of a man

,” explains Vahina Giocante.

His father sentenced

At the age of ten, she realizes that her little sister is also a victim of their father.

This is what pushed her to speak out and then file a complaint.

His father was sentenced to three years in prison, one of which was suspended, with the withdrawal of his family rights and a fine of a symbolic franc.

A derisory sentence, but which allows the actress to rebuild herself:

“I was heard, recognized even if I too lost everything”

.

Part of his family turns their back on him.

“I am ousted from the family, I am an outcast

,” she regrets before drawing a parallel with the world of cinema in which she has evolved since adolescence.

I decided to name him to support the words of Judith Godrèche, to put myself at her side.

Vahina Giocante in “Seven to Eight”

In her book, she reports on the abuse suffered by young actresses whose attackers are protected by the entire system.

And these same blackmails which silence the victims.

Fatherly love is replaced by the fear of no longer working.

In both cases, the authority figure seems untouchable.

Words which echo those of Judith Godrèche for several weeks in the media and at the last César ceremony.

Vahina Giocante in turn accuses the director Benoît Jacquot, already denounced by Judith Godrèche and Isild Le Besco.

“I decided to appoint him to support the words of Judith Godrèche, to put myself at her side.

She's right.

We can collectively bring down a system.

It’s an examination of conscience that you have to do yourself

,” explains the actress to Audrey-Crespo Mara.

The facts date back to the filming of

No Scandal

, in 1999. She was 18 years old.

Blackmail for the next movie

I was warned that Benoît Jacquot likes very young women

,” says Vahina Giocante before describing one episode in particular:

“There is a scene where I have to get out of bed with a fairly long t-shirt.

Benoît Jacquot said to me “I would like us to do it again but for you to take off your panties”

.

The young actress protests.

“You don’t argue, it’s my film

,” the director reportedly replied.

She finds the solution, wearing flesh-colored underwear.

“I go back to the set, he thinks I'm naked, I won.

He looks at me and says “you see whenever you want”.

I feel this relationship of domination”,

continues to tell the guest of “Sept à Eight”.

Benoît Jacquot then told him:

“I don’t know if you understood.

If you’re good, you’ll do the next one

,” while talking about her upcoming films.

"I said 'I'm not a good girl.'

He was then odious on the set, but at least I was calm

,” concludes Vahina Giocante.
