How to stand out from the crowd?
Why would the church of Saint-Maurice-aux-Forges (Meurthe-et-Moselle), a small village in the Lorraine countryside with 104 inhabitants, stand out from the thousands of others in France who need financial assistance?
These are the questions that have tormented Patrick Mangin since the start of his mandate as mayor in 2020.
