Videos suggest they were previously tortured.

Moscow – After the terrorist attack near Moscow, Russian security forces have now arrested eleven suspects.

Four of them, the suspected shooters, have now been brought before the judge.

According to media reports, at least two of them have now confessed.

The men may have been tortured beforehand, as video and photo material circulating on social media suggests.

At the first appointment in the Basmanny court on Sunday, March 24th, the men appeared in very poor health.

All have clearly visible bruises and swollen faces.

He appears to be barely conscious.

In the run-up to the appointment, videos circulated on the Internet that were supposed to show how the suspected assassins were tortured.

It has not yet been possible to independently verify whether the recordings are authentic.

Another suspected assassin is wearing a makeshift bandage on his right ear in the pictures from the court hearing.

Videos on social media suggest that part of his ear was cut off during his arrest.

news portal shows him being led away by masked and armed emergency services in a snow-covered forest.

His face is smeared with blood and part of his right ear is clearly missing.

, the video comes from the Russian domestic intelligence service FSB.

This, too, could not be independently verified at the moment.

Four terror suspects arrested by Russian authorities after attack

The four main suspects, aged 19, 25, 30 and 32, are accused of being responsible for the terrorist attack last Friday, March 22, at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow.

Shortly after the crime, the terrorist militia “Islamic State” claimed responsibility for the attack on Telegram.

The Russian government still wants Ukraine to be involved in the terrorist attack, as Vladimir Putin announced in his speech after the attack.

He did not provide any evidence for this.

For the Ukrainian side, presidential advisor Mykhailo Podoljak dismissed the allegations as “baseless and absurd” on his Telegram channel.
