An incident occurred at a gas station on Weilheimer Alpenstrasse early on Sunday morning.
According to police, a drunk 45-year-old man behaved improperly there and waited for the police to fight with them.
Weilheim - The police were alerted around 7:40 a.m. after witnesses reported the improper behavior of the man, who was obviously drunk.
When the emergency services arrived, they came across a 45-year-old man from Eichstätt who stated that he wanted to use his stay at the gas station to try to get into a fight with the police.
Despite being sent off, the rioter showed little cooperation and had to be taken into custody.

The situation escalated further when the man hit one of the officers in the face through the bars of the cell door while he was being taken to a cell, injuring him slightly.
Furthermore, he insulted him massively.
After consulting with the judicial on-call service, the Eichstätter then spent several hours in the cell before his wife picked him up in the evening.
