An explosion at a major event is to be simulated.
Neu-Ulm – The Neu-Ulm police department is looking for amateur actors for an extensive operational simulation in which these people will appear as victims or witnesses.
As officials announced on Friday, March 22, plans are underway to recreate an explosion at a major event on April 30.
It is assumed that several people lost their lives and numerous visitors were seriously injured.
In addition to the police, emergency services will also be involved in the extensive exercise.

Large-scale exercise is intended to simulate an explosion at an event
“Actors are now being sought for the scenario who, among other things, will impersonate injured people and witnesses according to role instructions and interact directly with the emergency services,” said the police.
The participants could, if necessary, be made up as victims.
They will also be given specific instructions for their role.
The amateur actors are expected to strictly adhere to these instructions and not to be too innovative in their performance: “Their own interpretations of the role and spontaneous improvisations are not necessary,” the police emphasized.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and must take part in an orientation before starting.
