Still looking for the right job or training position?
Now there is a profound compass for the Erdinger Land.
Erding - The world of work is complicated: While companies are desperately looking for employees and trainees, many young people may not even know what the local economy has to offer them.
The entire diversity of apprenticeships in Erdinger Land is revealed in the training compass published by the district office, IHK, district craftsmen's association, chamber of crafts and business juniors Erding-Ebersberg, which is available as a booklet and also on the Internet (www.bildungskompass.de).
The 3,500 booklets will be distributed across secondary schools, according to a statement from the district office.
In addition to the presentation of 76 training occupations, apprenticeship offers from 111 companies, 150 internship positions and 32 holiday jobs are listed.
In addition, options for a dual study program, the Voluntary Ecological Year, the Federal Voluntary Service or a Voluntary Social Year are shown, the broadcast continues.
District Administrator Martin Bayerstorfer emphasizes the value of qualified training on site: “The dual training optimally prepares young career starters for professional life through the combination of theory and practice.
The chances of being taken on after completing the training are very high.” The district administrator continued that this also applies to the training opportunities given the “diverse mix of industries in the district”.
They are enormous - from traditional crafts to modern technology companies, from the service sector to the creative industries.
“Every young person finds their place here and can develop their individual interests and strengths,” says Bayerstorfer.
The digital version offers a career check in which you can combine your desired industry with your own strengths and preferred school subjects in order to find suitable careers at the click of a mouse.
