A mandatory win in the district league in the home game against TuS Fürstenfeldbruck II was announced for the TSV handball players. And the Landsbergers didn't let that put them under pressure, tackled the task with concentration and solved it confidently.

With a stable defense and an attentive Dominik Keller in goal, the foundation was created for successful attacking play.

They quickly scored a few goals (4:0/6th).

The guests then got into the game a little better and initially stayed in touch (9:4/15.).

But Landsberg continued to apply pressure, played quickly forward and slowly increased the lead (14:7/24.).

Coach Florian Pfänder made changes early on and gave everyone on the bench a share of the game.

After the break (15:8/30.) the Landsbergers went one better.

In the 37th minute they were ahead by 10 goals for the first time (22:12).

Now the hosts managed almost everything.

Almost nothing was allowed at the back, they kept winning the ball and with quick play forward, whether with the 1st or 2nd wave, they further increased the lead (31:13/48th).

Even a switch to the hosts' second line did not lead to a break.

It was clear that the guests had less and less to counteract this.

But they kept playing and looking for their chances.

Landsberg kept up the pace and didn't let up.

There was no sign of the game coasting or anything like that.

They continued to play with concentration and commitment until the end.

It was then a few seconds before the final whistle that Landsberg A-youth Louis Weigel cracked the 40 mark with his 5th goal.

The Landsberg coach Florian Pfänden was of course also satisfied: “The boys played really well and went in with consistency.

It’s also important that we finished the game seriously and didn’t let off the gas.”

With this success, the Landsbergers have definitely secured 9th place in the District Oberliga (BOL).

I have to show in the two remaining games whether they can maintain their current 8th place.

As it currently looks in the higher leagues, there are only two direct relegations from the BOL and the 10th has to play relegation.
