Changeable weather conditions characterize the last week in March.
However, the Easter weekend could be summery – Sahara dust included.

“A wave of cold air at altitude is currently giving us typical April weather in March,” said Sebastian Schappert from the German Weather Service (DWD).
As the meteorologist from Offenbach explained, April weather would still characterize the northeast and east of Germany on Monday.
“Otherwise, an intermediate high influence will set in and the flow will gradually turn back to southwest to south directions,” he added.

“This means that the maximum temperatures will climb a little higher to up to 17 degrees in the southwest.” However, just one day later it will be wet again.
The foothills of a low pressure system are moving in from the west and will gradually cross Germany eastwards until Thursday morning.
Then occasional precipitation and freshening winds are possible, says Schappert.
