Thomas Rademacher has outdone himself again: For the strong beer festival in Wartenberg on Saturday evening, he came up with a wonderful satire of “Wetten, dass..?” and didn't leave out anything that is currently an issue in local politics.

He wrote the texts for the theater and the video recordings of “Außenwetten”.

Wartenberg - Martina Scheyhing as the initiator of the Ratschbankerl on the market square (portrayed by Dominik Ertl) managed to knock two of her conversation partners on the bencher out of the field in a ratcheting manner.

The audience squealed with laughter as two paramedics had to carry someone off the pitch.

Markus Straßberger (Michael Maier) lost a bet for the traffic light in the middle of town: It's now faster to walk in Wartenberg than by car.

Straßberger was immediately challenged again - as the person who was sure that the indoor cycling riders in the TSV home could at least partially replace the wind turbine and charge an electric vehicle.

And the performance of the cyclists, whose group leader Klaus Schauer was also there, was actually enough.

“My calculations were correct,” said the stage man from Straßberger proudly.

“Only Michael Paulini sometimes brings out different numbers.” The constant change of personnel in the town hall was also an issue, right up to the fact that a receptionist was now male, and so the fluctuation became a “flight fluctuation”.

Because of a power outage, Gottfred Schalkinger (Wastl Sellmaier) and his assistant Chantal Hundziaga (Thomas Hamberger) suddenly found themselves in the dark.

But the all-purpose weapon Franz Ganslmaier (Raimund Eberl) dragged a replacement wind turbine - built on three beer crates - onto the stage and brought the wind with him: With the "Rutzomat", a battery-operated leaf blower, he powered the wind turbine and thus provided it again for light.

Hans Zehntner (Martin Maier) could only be amazed, as the reason he gave for founding the citizens' initiative was that he had come to the conclusion from the small wind turbine in Langenpreising: "Wind turbines cause diarrhea."

In addition to the tight municipal budget, beer signs for seniors were also an issue.

Paul Neumeier (Franz Dellel), as a senior representative, now has to buy schnapps “to go with the fat chicken” for the seniors.

Mayor Christian Pröbst (Michael Halbritter) lost the corresponding hall bet: he had to collect 30 beer signs in the hall.

When the count stopped at 29, “Kini von Wartenberg,” who wore a crown on stage and behaved accordingly, protested in vain.

The Wartenberg betting king was determined in a state-of-the-art way via an app and QR code on the screen.

The road movie with the traffic lights clearly won with 64 percent.

With its strong beer festival, TSV Wartenberg was once again able to make a cultural contribution of great importance; many guests had tears in their eyes from laughter.

Things continued to be cozy for a long time that evening when the music group Ledawix played.
