In the shadow of the war and the security situation in Israel, Rebbe Rabbi Yosiah Pinto last night held the Purim feast in combination with prayers for the full release of all the hostages held captive by Hamas.

On the table of the Rebbe Rabbi Pinto were placed hundreds of bottles; wine, whiskey, tequila and more, and the Rebbe implored his followers to observe the mitzvot of the day - to drink and rejoice and give thanks for the miracle that the Holy One, blessed be He, did with the Jewish people during the time of Queen Esther and Mordechai the tzaddik.
"He who performed miracles for us at the time of Mordechai and Esther will perform a great miracle for us today as well," read Rabbi Pinto, "we must not for a moment forget the abductees who are in Gaza, in great trouble. We must not forget the soldiers who are fighting. We must not forget the bereaved families. Let us pray now and cry out to the Holy One He will save us," he added.
