Monday March 18th:

3:23 p.m.:

The Oberland solidarity community offers hobby gardeners the opportunity to grow their own vegetables, herbs and flowers in the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen and Miesbach districts.

The Sonnenacker in Lochham near Holzkirchen still has places available.

The same applies to the organic field in Peretshofen (municipality of Dietramszell).

Registration for the Sonnenäcker takes place online at www.miesbacherland.info or www.toelzerland.com.

1:53 p.m.:

There is currently wonderful weather in Bad Tölz.

You can easily combine a walk along the Isar with a stroll through the Tölz Easter market.

The stands are open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. until Easter Monday, April 1st.

12.31 p.m.:

Unknown thieves “helped themselves” in a garage on Bergfeldweg in Kochel.

This is what the police report.

The property is currently unoccupied.

The theft probably occurred on Saturday night, but the damage was discovered on Saturday afternoon.

The unknown people broke into the unlocked garage and took a high-pressure cleaner, a leaf blower and a chainsaw with a total value of around 2,000 euros.

A Schlehdorfer (42) was injured.

The Kochel police are asking for information by calling 0 80 41/76 10 62 73.

10:59 a.m.:

A driver (84) from Heilbrunn caused a traffic accident in Bichl on Friday afternoon.

As the police report, she wanted to turn left in her VW from the Töl 3 district road from Benediktbeuern onto the B 472 towards the Bichl-West junction.

She overlooked the right-of-way Hyundai of a 49-year-old Kochler woman who was driving from Bichl-West towards Benediktbeuern.

No one was injured in the collision.

The police report that there was damage to both vehicles amounting to around 4,000 euros.

9.36 a.m.:

Kochel's new mayor Jens Müller is implementing his plan to also be present in the districts with the local council meetings.

The meeting on Tuesday, March 26th will take place at 8 p.m. in the Gasthof Edeltraut in Walchensee.

The agenda is very extensive.

The local council will discuss the priorities for land-use planning in the community.

Among other things, it concerns the second amendment to the land use plan and the “Hohenkreitleite” and RothenbergSüd development plans.

Müller also wants to talk about the planning status of the Hotel Einsiedl and about developments in terms of the home stage.

What will happen next in the former film set village of Flake will also be discussed.

Last year it was decided not to maintain it in its entirety.

Information is also provided about the title “climatic health resort” and the series of events dedicated to King Ludwig II.

The agenda also shows that the community is ending its membership in the “Jakobsweg Isar, Loisach, Leutascher Ache, Inn” association.

Sunday March 17th:

5:22 p.m.:

The driver of a van got into trouble with the police on Saturday because he didn't record his driving and rest times properly.

The officers stopped the vehicle for inspection around 7:30 p.m. in the Gaißach municipality.

According to the police, the 47-year-old driver, a Romanian, was unable to produce a so-called daily inspection sheet.

Therefore, administrative offense proceedings were initiated.

The vehicle driver had to pay a security deposit (fine) in the three-digit euro range on site.
