Less than three months before the Olympic Games in its territory, France decreed on Sunday night “attack alert urgency”, the maximum status in the face of the terrorist threat.
A sequel to the actions of ISIS K, the Islamist group that attacked Russia, but which is no stranger to the
47 attacks that have managed to dismantle
the French secret services since 2017.
When President Emmanuel Macron and his Security Council met in an emergency on Sunday night, there was no public knowledge of the threats made to high schools and schools in France.
"Given the claim of the attack by the Islamic State and the threats that weigh on our country, we have decided to raise the Vigipirate status to its highest level: urgency alert attack," wrote the French president in X.
Macron ordered the establishment of
“technical contacts” with Russia to exchange information on terrorism.
From French Guyana he announced this Monday that Daech (ISIS) has tried to act again in France.

Prime Minister Gabriel Attal assured on Monday afternoon that, since the beginning of the year,
"two attack plans" have been "thwarted
", within the framework of the fight against terrorism.
In total, 47 attack plans have been prevented in France since 2017.
Schools and high schools threatened
This Monday the authorities revealed that in total,
“almost 130” secondary schools and universities “have been the subject since last week
of threats of attacks and “malicious acts” by the ORL, in the regions of Ile-de-France, Hauts-de-France, France and Great East”, as reported by the Ministry of National Education on Monday.
A few days after similar messages in the academies of Lille, Amiens and Ile-de-France, a dozen establishments of the Reims academy were subject to threats of attacks, through their digital work spaces (ENT), indicated the rectorate on Monday, March 25.
The affected middle and secondary schools, whose accounts were hacked overnight from Sunday to Monday, are located in the Marne, Ardennes, Aube and Haute-Marne, the press release states.
Decapitation video
According to the rectorate, some of the messages received contain a video of a beheading, like those received last week by around fifty establishments in the Ile-de-France.
Nobody forgets the beheading of Professor Samuel Paty on the Ile de France, at the door of his school, in 2020..

On Saturday, ten secondary and higher schools of the Amiens Academy (in Aisne, Oise and Somme), as well as fifteen establishments of the Lille Academy, received similar messages, according to the rectorates concerned.
A message sent to parents of students at a school in Lille assures that
“122 establishments will explode on Monday.”
The author of the message also threatens to attack the CNews television channel, owned by billionaire Vincent Bolloré.
Schools evacuated
In addition to the Oise establishments, this Monday morning some "fifteen" establishments were evacuated in Alsace to carry out security checks
following a "malicious message"
, sent through My Digital Office.
In Strasbourg, the Kléber school was evacuated shortly after the doors opened at 8 in the morning.
At the Bartholdi institute in Colmar, parents were notified by message this Monday morning of the closure of the establishment.
In a press release, the Lower Rhine prefecture mentions
"multiple bomb threats".
It indicates that "affected secondary and higher schools will resume normal operations once the premises are secured."
ISIS K and France
ISIS K operates in the Sahel, the enormous desert that crosses Algeria, Tunisia, Mali and from where French troops were expelled after the coup by the Malian military, with the support of Wagner, the Russian paramilitaries who
later fell into disgrace.
Originating from the violent Pakistani Taliban and Afghanistan, ISIS K is made up of jihadists from the former Soviet republics of Ingushtia, Tajikistan, Dagestan, Chechnya and Russia, who operate in the Sahel and were protagonists in Syria and arrived from Central Asia.
In Syria, the Westerners made a secret pact with Vladimir Putin, who has a sea and air military base over the Mediterranean in Latakia, to help them eliminate them in Palmyra, Aleppo and Idlib.
The attack on Moscow is retaliation for them
.
There were hundreds of Russian jihadists alongside ISIS in the Middle East.
It should not be forgotten that
10 percent of the Russian population is Muslim
and many are sent to the front to die in Ukraine.
50 attacks dismantled in France
President Macron admitted that more than 47 attacks have been dismantled since 2017 in France.
Prime Minister Gabriel Attal went to the Saint-Lazare train station in Paris on Monday afternoon to greet police, including soldiers from the Sentinelle force, after the Vigipirate security plan was raised to the highest level , his office announced.
Operation Sentinel
was launched in January 2015
following the attack on Charlie Hebdo magazine.
According to the Ministry of the Armed Forces, up to 10,000 soldiers (including 3,000 in reserve) can be deployed in the national territory.
The volume of soldiers deployed is not fixed and evolves according to needs.

The General Directorate of Internal Security will bring together "all intelligence agents" on Thursday morning to "draw all the consequences of the Moscow attack", Gérald Darmanin announced on Monday.
The establishments attacked in the academies of Amiens, Lille and Reims were due to reopen on Monday morning with surveillance by the police, the gendarmerie and mobile national educational security teams.
In some cases it was necessary
to create “listening cells” for students
.
Access to otorhinolaryngology at these three academies has also been suspended until further notice.
They are looking for the authors of the threats
“They think they remain anonymous, but we are tracking them.
They think they are safe, but we sanction them.
Several dozen perpetrators of these threats, which occurred in recent months, have already been brought to justice,” declared the Prime Minister, Gabriel Attal, last week, following the threatening messages received by establishments in the Ile-de-France.
The government registered
800 false bomb alerts in mid-November
after the jihadist attack that cost the life of Professor Dominique Bernard, in Arras (Pas de Calais), on October 13.
