One of the “Let's Dance” candidates has been shedding pounds since he started training.
He lost so much weight that he suddenly even had six-pack abs.
The training is hard, long and sweaty, but the celebrities knew before the show that “Let's Dance” was no walk in the park.
The well-known amateurs wanted to prove themselves on the RTL stage and assert themselves against their colleagues.

Food blogger Stefano Zarrella likes to show his sweaty face on social media to illustrate how difficult the preparations for “Let's Dance” 2024 are.
His dance partner can't help him either, on the contrary: although the "Let's Dance" dance couple of Mariia Maksina and Stefano Zarrella are very familiar, they have no mercy for the 33-year-old during training.
This can also be seen in his figure; he has slimmed down so much that even his costumes had to be resewn.

“Grown thinner”: Katja Burkard and Frauke Ludowig comment on celebrity weight loss

In a conversation with Katja Burkard, the influencer even reveals how much weight he has lost since he started training: “From the beginning of December until now, I have lost 9 centimeters around my stomach!” That wasn’t planned, but it has a nice side effect!
“I feel the beginnings of a six-pack, I haven't felt that in a long time,” he is visibly pleased.
After Stefano Zarrella initially suffered from nightmares because of the “Let's Dance” training, he can now at least get something positive out of it.
His efforts are not only visible physically, things are also going well for the chef on the floor.
