As soon as the new town hall of the municipality of Baiern is “in operation,” the buildings in the immediate vicinity disappear: including the striking Raiffeisen warehouse, which is currently being demolished.
Bavaria
- The new town hall has been in place since last year, and the first municipal council meeting took place there in December 2023.
Now work continues on the Kulbinger building complex in the municipality of Bavaria.
The old Raiffeisen warehouse and its outbuildings, which can be seen from afar, are currently being demolished to make way for the new construction yard and the new fire station, which are to be built in the same location.
Mayor Martin Riedl assumes that the demolition work can be completed by the end of April, as he told the Ebersberger Zeitung on Monday, March 25th.

The outbuildings are currently being gutted.
Civil engineering work for the new houses is scheduled to begin at the end of June/beginning of July.
The tenders for this and for the following building construction are currently being prepared.
The cost framework for the project is three million euros.
It should be completed in autumn next year.
Mayor Martin Riedl hopes that the cost framework can be maintained given the increased prices for construction.
However, he was optimistic to the Ebersberger Zeitung.
When building the new municipal office, the Bavarians stayed around 200,000 euros below the estimated total costs of 1.2 million euros.
