On video: Arrest of protester Yolanda Yavor in Caesarea March 21, 2024/documentation on social networks according to Section 27 A of the Copyright Law
The police arrested today (Monday) on arrest warrants two residents of the area in their 50s on suspicion of conspiring to burn down the Prime Minister's house in Caesarea.
At the end of an investigation at the station and with the intervention of attorney Yoni Nussbaum, who is on duty with the protest detainees, they were released a little while ago.
Protesters gathered outside the station calling for their release. The arrest came as a follow-up to the Friday arrest of a truck driver and its owner, both residents of Ramla, who were arrested in Caesarea on suspicion of transporting barrels there and tires that the police claim were intended to be used by the demonstrators.
