Institutions, 'wellbeing' experts, companies and organizations will meet tomorrow, 26 March, in Rome (at the Olympic Stadium) for the seventh edition of "Well@Work 2024, A holistic vision of well-being", an opportunity to address and discuss all facets of well-being.
The event aims to encourage us to reflect on well-being, "today more than ever put to the test by continuous financial, emotional and value instability", while "a very strong desire for serenity" and the need for a more adequate "time consumption", "with an approach that responds to the need for flexibility and that simplifies all life habits, with particular attention to the values of sport, recognized as the third educational actor after family and school".
For the managing director of HRC Community Marco Gallo, "Well@Work is not just an appointment but a promise: that of building together, in the full spirit of the Community, a future in which well-being becomes a central pillar of our existence".
