Deutzer Easter fair starts on Holy Saturday in Cologne – “with some new highlights”
The Deutzer Easter Fair 2024 starts on Holy Saturday (March 30th).
“Along the banks of the Rhine, many attractions will once again make the hearts of fair fans beat faster, because this year we can once again give visitors a special treat with some new highlights,” said organizer and showman Wilfried Hoffmann in advance.
The fair's rides will then be open daily until Sunday, April 7th.
In addition to the 48 meter high Ferris wheel, there is also the XXL chain carousel “Jules Verne Tower”.
There are also numerous other rides that are intended to provide an “adrenaline rush and thrill” in Cologne, it goes on to say.
These include, for example, the “Haunted” ride.
“The currently best ghost coaster is stopping in Cologne and combining horror with action,” promises the organizer from Leverkusen.
After all, this is a roller coaster and a ghost train in one.

If you want to visit the Deutz fair, you can travel with the KVB, for example.

KVB line 3: Get off at the “Suevenstraße” stop
KVB line 4: Get off at the “Suevenstraße” stop
KVB line 7: Get off at the “Deutzer Freiheit” or “Severinsbrücke” stop
KVB line 9: Get off at the “Deutzer Freiheit” stop
It is also possible to arrive by car.
But parking spaces are usually not that easy to find.
For example, you can park directly under the Severinsbrücke and in the trade fair car park P22.
