Hezbollah claims to have hit the "eyes of the state" by shooting at the YBA base in Miron/Walla system!

A Hezbollah drone hit the air force base in Miron today (Tuesday), according to Arab reports. This is not the first time that Hezbollah has directed its attacks at the base of the air control unit, since last January the terrorist organization launched dozens of rockets towards Mount Miron with the aim of hitting At the base.

The IDF confirmed at the time that there was damage to the base's infrastructure, but nevertheless clarified that the Air Force's freedom of action was preserved and there were alternatives.

Senior officers then clarified that the attack on Mount Miron was not a surprise.

"It was known that Hezbollah has these capabilities. The IDF has backup for any infrastructure of this type.

They also tried to challenge us in the Second Lebanon War and failed."

Hezbollah knows how important air control units are.

The controllers see further than the pilots and the radars of their planes, direct them towards targets such as enemy planes and cruise missiles, make order in the sky and make sure that fire limitation instructions are observed.

In the Second Lebanon War in 2006, Nasrallah repeatedly attacked the radar antennas of A HaTsifunit, 12506, until he destroyed them and put them out of action.

The Air Force later restored it, but did it learn any lessons?

Not like Nasrallah produced.
